Ranch Pulse LLC (“Ranch Pulse,” “we,” “us”) builds custom software for ranches and the businesses that serve them. This policy explains what information we collect through ranchpulse.com and how we use it. It covers this marketing website only — not any custom application we build for a client, which is governed by that project's own agreement.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through our forms:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, an optional operation or company name, and the message you send.
  • VetLens waitlist: your name, email address, and an optional practice/clinic name and operations focus.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics or tracking on this site. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) for security and reliability, as is typical of any website.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to:

  • Respond to your message or inquiry.
  • Add you to the VetLens waitlist and notify you when the product is available.
  • Communicate with you about the work or product you asked about.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't send marketing email unrelated to what you contacted us about.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider, and this site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process the data only to deliver the service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep the messages and waitlist signups you send for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete the information you've shared with us, email TFlax@ranchpulse.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above.
